Grand Dunman Neighbouring Estates
GEYLANG
Geylang is the matured town in the city fringes east of the CBD. Geylang Road and its parallel Sims Avenue, which stretches from Kallang MRT to Paya Lebar MRT station, is well known for its low rise, conservation shop houses that creates that district identity of this area. One of the oldest Malay settlements in Singapore is sited here, and many of the Malay architecture and design of old are preserved in the appearance and murals of these shop houses.
